Being a mother of five, I have spent a considerable amount of time giving babies baths, and it is fair to say I have gone through quite a few baby products over the years.

Our family was sent a JOHNSON’S® HEAD‐TO‐TOE™ gift basket so that we could try the new Extra Moisturizing products and share our thoughts about them with you. The basket contained:

- JOHNSON’S® HEAD-TO-TOE™ extra moisturizing baby cream
- JOHNSON’S® HEAD-TO-TOE™ wash and NEW lotion
- JOHNSON’S® HEAD-TO-TOE™ washcloths
Thankfully, each of the products was full sized, so we were able to use them on several occasions before passing judgment and this is what we thought….
First of all, I must say that our daughter is a fan of all things girly and would choose something that had a fragrance that was sickly sweet every time if given the option. I used the regular HEAD-TO-TOE™ wash in her bath without telling her, and she commented on how much she liked the smell (which is very subtle). This might not seem like a big deal, but for us it is. Having cartoon character themed bubble gum fragranced bubble bath for one child when another cannot use it can be a nightmare… So having the younger ones agree that they like JOHNSON’S® HEAD-TO-TOE™ is HUGE for us.
Next came the new JOHNSON’S® HEAD-TO-TOE™ extra moisturizing baby wash, which turned out to be perfect for our younger son who, along with sensitive skin, has autism and an array of sensory issues. The pump action bottle allowed us to place it within his reach and have him measure out an amount of wash he chose. After he had used the HEAD-TO-TOE™ extra moisturizing baby wash, his skin was beautifully soft, and he was not at all upset by any bothersome smells.
The HEAD-TO-TOE™ extra moisturizing baby wash has ten times more moisturizers than regular HEAD-TO-TOE™ wash, and although I had read that fact, I didn’t think much of it. However, I noticed that the extra moisturizing wash is visibly thicker and creamier than regular HEAD-TO-TOE™ wash and it definitely made a noticeable difference to G’s skin.
JOHNSON’S® HEAD-TO-TOE™ extra moisturizing baby cream is probably the best moisturizing cream I have ever used. I have never been someone who has used super expensive cream and lotions for myself, and I have frequently used products that we have bought for the kids. It is perfect for day-to-day moisturizing and for the kind of gentle massage that you can give your baby to help build your parent-child bond.
Finally, there was an entirely new product for JOHNSON’S® — the JOHNSON’S® NEW HEAD-TO-TOE™ washcloths, which come in a handy pack large enough to be useful but small enough to throw in your purse and carry with you.
Incredibly helpful to have on occasions such as a visit to grandma’s when your baby needs a clean-up, but a bath is not an option, these disposable washcloths have all of the cleaning power of JOHNSON’S® HEAD-TO-TOE™ wash, as well as the gentle skin caressing effect you would expect from JOHNSON’S® products.
These are soft enough to use on your newborn without fear of hurting their delicate skin but tough enough to use on your bigger child who has decided to see how much mud they can grind into their skin before coming into the house.
