Rainbow cereal ice cream bowls are a perfect alternative to cake and ice cream. Not only that, but these edible bowls make clearing up a breeze. The cups also work well for ice cream socials, family picnics, or any other occasion where people will enjoy ice cream, and clear-up is a bigger pain than at other times.

These cups could be made using almost any cereal creating endless flavor combinations, and can be made ahead of time and stored in an air-tight container.

This recipe makes 12 bowls.

Tip: spray the spoon or your fingers with nonstick spray before pressing the mixture into the cups.

Step Four:

Place the cupcake pan in the fridge for about 15-20 mins to set.
Remove and top with a scoop of ice cream, whipped cream, and a cherry!
Enjoy
