Ingredients (makes 6)

1 6-pack of taco bowls

1 Cucumber

1 lettuce

3 medium-sized tomatoes

1 sweet onion

1 small tub of sour cream

200 g of vegetarian Cheddar

750 T.V.P (textured vegetable protein)

1 pack of Taco seasoning (check to make sure you choose a vegetarian one!)


  1. Prep your TVP as per the instructions on the packaging
  2. While TVP is soaking dice cucumber, tomatoes and onions to approx same size cubes
  3. Shred lettuce & finely grate your cheese
  4. Cook your TVP in the Taco seasoning
  5. When TVP is almost ready, heat the taco bowls
  6. Layer ingredients in the bowls – there is no right or wrong way!

  2. I love taco night at our house, it usually includes game night as well. Loving this Vegetarian style taco bowl., never tried the veggie protein before and this is interesting cause it has cucumbers too.

  3. I like having Vegetarian meals because they are so healthy, and i want to try these taco bowls out because they look so delicious!
