I am told there was a time before motherhood, but I am not so sure. It seems to me that I have always had a child or two or three or more who needed feeding, washing or hugging with no regard to the fact I wanted to sit and watch Narcos uninterrupted.
It would appear that I m not alone. In a recent survey 95% of Canuck moms say that they had more time for themselves before motherhood, and now, over half (58%) admit to sneaking in TV “me-time” while juggling a busy schedule, with some even hiding from their kids for just a moment of peace. With moms doing it anywhere and everywhere in the neighborhood when the kids aren’t around, sneaking is the new bingeing.
As you can see from the graphic above, there are plenty of places to #momsneak. Being a mom who works from home and home schools the kids I have fewer opportunities to #momsneak than some other moms, but that just means I have to be creative.
Like many other moms, I sneak in the kitchen and the bathroom, but I also sneak in the homeschool room. While the kids are working on their math, I am watching “Better Call Saul, ” and when they are searching the internet for information on skeletons, I’m sneaking some Star Trek.
Don’t judge me though, it is making me a better mom. Really. See, other moms agree.
So now you know, it’s good for you to #Momsneak what are you going to watch?

Having a house full of ravenous children that never stop eating or growing, and a pair of cats that I do not own but feed can be very costly.

Lol, I homeschool, too. I never get Sneak In time. I always have a shadow, I want to win!
I found my sneak time after I put the kids to bed. Otherwise, I’d just be interrupted.
